http://www.FTV.com/videos NEW YORK - At New York Fashion Week, the show inevitably must go on. DKNY lightened everyone's spirits Sunday, with a collection that has been dubbed 'American Expressionist' for it West Coast-meets-East Coast aesthetic.
Underneath the wide-brimmed floppy hats, models revealed a line filled with loose, flowing and billowing dresses that would be flattering for a wide variety of stylish gals. There was a nod to the '70s as well, with many of the long haired models donning retro-prints and short minis. DKNY did honor its New York roots, with the its runway models strutting out in front of open doors, providing a street view of a parked yellow-taxi behind them.
Appearances: Daga Ziober, Maud Welzen, Melissa Tammerijn, Jacquelyn Jablonski, Donna Karan
